A blog for the Reef. Great Idea. Now we can think about going to Mexico 95% of the time instead of 50% like we do now. Wish I was there now!!

Love the blog....
Still need to see your website via Firefox or Safari.
It shows as a plain blank beige page.

Thank You Very Much...

I am currently working with the web creater to upgrade the web page for all browsers. there are many changes that need to be done since we use Flash Player. I will be adding the storage and maybe even a payment area. along with a link to this blog. I hope this will make it easier for all to make reservations.

We are trying to make reservations for February. We would like 2 Beach front RV spaces but cannot locate the "reservation" contact. We only get the "beige page" on the web page.
Please tell us how to make reservation!

How can we improve your customer serviecs when it comes to upgrading to a beach front space when it seems obvious there are so many open spaces. I was just down for Memorial Day weekend and because I was unable to reserve my a space early enough I settled for a regular space. No issue until I got there. Maybe 30% of the spaces were taken and by Sunday and Monday only 50% to 75% were taken. It was obviouse there was space but I was not allowed to upgrade and move my trailer, which by the way I store at your location and pay $45/month.

This is not the first time I have run into this problem. Is there anyway to improve your reservation process?

I had an idea while I was there. You should consider handling this the way hotels do all over the world. If the customer does not either check-in by a certain time (5pm) or call to confirm a late check-in, then the space is given away.

This is to answer the comment above
also this has already been covered in this blog:
How come when I make reservations there is no beach front available but when I arrive there are many beachfront spaces open?
When the reservation was made we did not have spaces available for the dates you requested but as time went on people canceled their reservations, opening up those spaces.

How come when I arrive there are beachfront spaces open but I can’t stay in them?
This will be for 2 reasons
1. The space is already paid for and we are waiting for the person to arrive.
2. Or there are areas in which we only rent the spaces on a monthly and yearly base.

How did my friend reserve beachfront a week after I requested beachfront and I did not get beachfront when I requested it?
This could be for only 2 reasons.
1. Your request was not for 4 nights (4 night Minimum for beachfront)
2. A customer with a beachfront space canceled his/her reservation after you made yours leaving it open for the next request.

How come when I arrived and when checking out after the weekend the same beachfront space I could have been in stayed empty?
The space was paid for in advance as our policy states and the person who paid for the space never showed up. We are unable to re-rent the space because of our policy with the customer and their receipt. We Guarantee your space from the arrival date to departure date. You never know if the person had trouble with their rig and traveling 2,000 miles only to get here 3 days late to find out we gave their space away. How would you feel?
